After working for a major retail bank for almost 40 years and being responsible for 26 branches, 350 employees and 250,000 customers as Area Director, Steve was presented with a great opportunity – redundancy.

Without wanting to step back into the corporate arena, Steve set up his own company with the support of his family allowing him to follow his dream. You join us at the start of this journey.

Steve is a highly motivated and successful business leader and entrepreneur, with a proven ability to build and lead teams at local, regional and national level. He is committed to excellence in customer service and has a proven ability to motivate, develop and coach individuals in line with their own unique goals.

Steve is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy Practitioner, certified by the American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP).

He has a strong moral compass and high emotional intelligence. Steve responds positively to the challenge of change and has a successful track record of leading change management.

Kayleigh has a background and understanding of fitness and nutrition, having trained and competed for 15 years as a gymnast.

Kayleigh has worked with numerous personal and corporate clients, and is qualified as a Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Her passion for helping people achieve their goals and aspirations convinced Kayleigh to further her career in health and fitness, leading her in the direction of exercise referral and ante/post natal training.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or improve your general fitness level, Kayleigh can help. She can also provide support with rehabilitation for muscular/skeletal problems, respiratory disorders, diabetes or cardiovascular disease.

Kayleigh can transform your workout programme by providing ongoing motivation, advice and encouragement at each and every session, whether it’s as part of a group or on a ‘one to one’ basis.
