Sometimes it’s important to step back from what you are doing and evaluate the difference you are making to others. At Purple Squirrel Consultancy we believe we have a moral responsibility to give something back to the community in which we operate, so as to make a positive impact.

We are delighted to support both Teens Unite and Dogs Trust; two fantastic, but different, charities that share very similar values and morals as ours, making a huge difference to those that they touch.

What are you going to do today in order to make a difference?

If there was a charity that really made a difference to so many lives, Teens Unite is it. Founded in 2007 by Debbie Pezzani and Karen Millen OBE, it provides great support and improves the lives of young people, aged between 13 and 24, who have cancer or other life limiting illnesses.

The charity provides life and career skills, as well as emotional support, so that those they help live a more fulfilled life, providing them with improved hope and confidence.

Nobody likes the ‘C’ word. Teens Unite are doing a great job of supporting young people build on their self esteem, self confidence and reduce the feeling of isolation, realising that others are facing similar challenges.

We are proud to support Dogs Trust, as one of our preferred charities. Dogs Trust was founded in 1891 and is the largest dog welfare charity in the UK. They deal with 1,600 stray and abandoned dogs per year, out of the 110,000 that are abandoned and the 7,000 dogs destroyed by UK councils annually.

Jasper the Dog

Dogs Trust can proudly state that no healthy dog is ever destroyed across their 19 re-homing centres. Jasper, the ‘Rogers’ family black labrador, is really pleased that Purple Squirrel Consultancy supports such a worthwhile cause.

Please take time out to visit the Dogs Trust website and support the great work they do every day for ‘man’s best friend’.
