Get fit and stay fit with our outdoor health and fitness classes. Forget the image of military boot camps; we’re much more than that. We won’t put you down to get you up. We’re here to support you in becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be.

We’re a completely new type of fitness club. We’ll challenge you, inspire you and exhaust you with our high-energy group workouts. We’ll keep you motivated and help you to achieve the body you’ve always dreamed of.

Our enjoyable outdoor sessions are accessible for people of all levels of fitness and all ages. They feature a mixture of aerobics, strength building and conditioning exercises based on the use of your own body weight and can be adapted to suit your own personal needs by our friendly, fully trained coaches.

Sacombe Road Open Space is a fantastic venue, incorporating a unique Trim Trail, which includes: Monkey Bars, a Scramble Net, a Balance Beam, Parallel Bars and Training Buddies for Lunge, Press Ups and Pull Ups. Oh… and a 250m Running Track!

Free parking is available on Sacombe Road, adjacent to the venue.
